Residential Programs

  • General Residential Operation: 1 staff to 8 youth (day), 1:16 (overnight)
  • Transitional Living Program: 1:10 (day), 1:20 (overnight)
  • Community Reentry Homes: 1:12 (day), with on-call overnight support

Clinical Caseloads

  • Therapists: Maximum 25–30 clients per full-time therapist
  • Psychiatrists/Nurse Practitioners: Caseloads based on acuity and service level
